Joseph and I have just started our first article and are starting our second, third and fourth sometime this week.

First Issue

Hello, Charlie and Joseph here,
We have just started writing our first issue of the second volume of Witch and Wizard Weekly,
If you have any suggestions for articles please post them in a comment!!!
After much talking and deliberation, we have decided that the second volume of the Witch and Wizard Weekly will coincide with the comic we are planning, detaling the actions of the First Wizarding War and before rather then the first Volumes setting of during the events of the novels or before a supposed setting of after the novels. We are really excited about this and can't wait to get working on it. We were also discussing the possibility of putting the first Volumes issues online.

Comic Plans

Hello, this is Joseph on our second post! On our first post we mentioned my plans for a comic before the Harry Potter Books took place. This post is going to tell you the plans for that comic. This comic is going to detail the events of James Potter I from day one at Hogwarts to the end and is going to show some of the events that took place between 1971 - 1978, as well as possibly featuring some flashbacks into his acceptence at Hogwarts. Some of the events I'm planning to show will be Snape's discovering of Lupin being a Werewolf, the confrontation (seeing in the fifth book) between James and Snape and how Lily and Snape grew apart and how Lily and James came together, as well as many others. I also have an idea to focus some of the issues on Voldemort during the First Wizarding War and his rise to power. However, we are short of a title so any suggestions would be much appretiated. That is basically all that is planned so far and we will keep you posted.

Hello! This is the first post of the relaunch of the Witch and Wizard Weekly!




In 2007, the release date of J.K Rowlings novel Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and the film adaption of Rowlings Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix, was also the year that I created this newspaper. I stopped for no particular reason but have decided (after some persuasion from my good friend Joseph), to restart publishing. Now Joseph and I will be bringing you the latest issues of the Witch and Wizard Weekly Online! joseph also has plans for a possible comic before the novels took place. Joseph and I were also writing a post-story to the series of Harry Potter though we have cancelled due to copyright etc.

We will keep you posted.
